🔥 IT ADMIN INTERN 🔥
Working location : Dong Nai province ( company bus available )- Daily check and solve basic incidents and requests raised by the customers- Ensure information of IT assets and equipment is updated in system- Provide information to customer’s concerns- Support installing Windows 7 or Windows 10 on PCs- Support on training activity for new customers- Help keeping IT storage rooms organized- Follow up with vendors for IT equipment delivery- Support receiving equipment order- Create and update system records- Support creating monthly reports and submit to the managementWhat distinguishes you- At least third-year student, final-year will be preferred, No IT background or working experiences required- Basic Microsoft Office skills- Good in English ( writing and reading )————————————
🔥 MARKETING INTERN 🔥
Working location : 473 Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh ward, Ho Chi Minh City- Supporting for content maintenance ( non-technical ) of Bosch Rexroth website- Organizing of marketing events ( Trade Fair, Seminar, Customer Training, Sales Meeting … )- Translating and writing PR articles for internal and external magazines and Bosch Rexroth websites. Translating brochures .- Designing marketing materials such as invitation, brochure, catalogue, roll up, backdrop, poster, banner- Assisting in preparation of presentations / reportsWhat distinguishes you- Entitled as full-time students during internship period, major in Marketing, Business, Economy or related major- Proficient in design ( e. g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, … )- Proficient in SEO, content writing, fan page management- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese, especially translating and writing skills- Good at communication————————————
🔥 SALES ADMIN INTERN 🔥
Working location : 473 Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh ward, Ho Chi Minh City- Assist National Sales Manager on sales reporting, sales target and rebate data whole nations- Centralize and follow promotion, sales program by regions- Work and prepare multi reports on sales program execution and sales project- Sales data analysis- Support NSM team in other paper workWhat distinguishes you- Entitled as full-time students during internship period, � Major in Marketing or Economy- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school / social activities will have big advantage- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese- Good communication skills- Eyes for details and good organization skills————————————
