Fantastic Board
This is a great board! Easy to work with and very flexible. It makes great recordings straight to the SD card and also acts as an audio interface to my DAW, Reaper. Lots of monitor outputs, saved scenes and built-in channel compression. My only wish is that I’d have gotten the 20 channel version! Well worth it!

Great Mixer!
It really is true, this does everything! Mixer / monitor / Multitrack recorder / interface – all in one. I’ve been using it to record my live shows and the fact that I can import straight into Protools is a huge benefit. I could even see this being used to multi track a drum kit in a remote location without having to bring your recording rig with you. Note- If you already have an interface, you can just import the tracks from the SD card into Protools. It’s easy! Highly recommend this!

Noce little portable recorder
So far I have used it to lay down several sessions and about half a dozen songs using between 4 and 8 tracks. It is small enough to be considered portable which is important because everything I do is on location. It is not battery operated and not suitable for recording sound for on the go camera shoots although it would work great in a video studio environment. The bag that was in the package deal fits nicely. I take the memory card out and use the card reader in my computer to download tracks post production editing. This recorder is OK for a quick mixdown to playback the recording to the artists you just recorded but I would not attempt to use it for post production editing. It will work as a portable board giving me a second board for a small venue sound gigs where I do not want to drag out my heavy SoundCraft board.
